Q. Is there a deposit to secure my rentals?

Accepted Answer

A. We do ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the equipment and your dates. If you are booking within two weeks of your delivery date, then we do ask for full payment up front. Don’t worry. You can still make changes up to 10 days before your delivery date, after you’ve placed your order.

Q. Do you will-call?

Accepted Answer

A. Very rarely will we do a will-call. This is not only for the safety of our equipment, but for your safety as well. However, we will work with you on a case by case basis, but typically, all rentals are delivery only. Please inquire if you have questions!

Q. How long are my rentals?

Accepted Answer

A. Your rental period consists of 72 Hours from drop-off to pick-up.

Q. How much is your delivery charge?

Accepted Answer

A. This depends on 3 factors. Where you're located. When you need it, and the amount that you order. Please keep in mind that we do take extreme care in our deliveries, and note, that it's not like Uber Eats, we have to make the delivery twice! Once to deliver and once to pick them back up!:)

Q. Will you set up and/or breakdown my tables and chairs?

Accepted Answer

A. This service is called Set and Strike. We can perform this for you, but there is a fee associated with it. (Fee depends on what and how many items you need set up.)

Question 6

Q. Do I have to wash the dishes and glasses after we use them?

Accepted Answer

A. No! You don't need to wash them, but please make sure they are rinsed off and all liquids poured out! (This includes coffee urns)

Q. What is the difference between a tent and a canopy?

Accepted Answer

A. A canopy is only the top of the tent. A lot of customers do use the terms incorrectly. And we understand. But we are here to help! A tent will have sides on it, and you can choose how many sides you would like. We have three options to choose from. Solid. Window. Or Clear. Note: You can order heaters with our tents!
